{"id":8116,"date":"2022-04-23T12:13:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-23T04:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8116"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:53:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:53:53","slug":"grilled-kafta-lebanese-kebab-mouracooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/grilled-kafta-lebanese-kebab-mouracooks","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Kafta (Lebanese Kebab)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Grilled Kafta ( Lebanese Kebab) Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 lb lean ground beef<br \/>\n1\/2 lb ground lamb<br \/>\n1 onion, thinly diced or grated<br \/>\n1 bunch parsley, washed dried &amp; chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp 7 spice<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ground coriander<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a large bowl, place meat &amp; spices Next add in the parsley &amp; onions and mix well using your hands Shape them into fingers or you can even place them on skewers Let the Kafta sit in the fridge until you are ready to grill them<br \/>\nPlace the Kafta on a pre-heated grill (lightly oil) and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned (turning a couple times to get even browning)<br \/>\nServe with spiced pita, hummus, tabouli &amp; I had leftover vegetable rice Don\u2019t forget the pickled cucumbers!
