Mash 1 banana<br \/>\n2. Add oats cereal (or blended oats), protein powder, mashed banana, and water\/ milk into a pot and cook until thicken<br \/>\n3. Transfer everything into a bowl and let cool for a while<br \/>\n4. Melt chocolate, oil, peppermint oil extract in microwave (it takes around 20-30 seconds only) *make sure not to burn it!*<br \/>\n5. Spread chocolate layer on top<br \/>\n6. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours (ideally overnight)<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. Make sure you chocolate shell solidify before eating<br \/>\n2.
