Bring water or milk to boil in a medium saucepan<br \/>\n2. Add a bit of salt and oats into the saucepan and cook until thicken over low heat<br \/>\n3. Mix water\/ milk with protein powder and chia seeds<br \/>\n4. Cut 60g apples in small<br \/>\n5. Mix oats, protein mixture and apples together in a bowl<br \/>\n=======================<br \/>\n5. Cut apples into slices<br \/>\n6. Place apple on a plate, and add water, lemon juice, erythritol<br \/>\n7. Microwave apples on high for 2 mins<br \/>\n8. Cut banana into slices<br \/>\n9. Apply oil on frying pan. Cook cinnamon, erythritol\/ syrup, and a bit water over low heat<br \/>\n10. Add banana slices into the pan and cook each side of the banana until soften<br \/>\n11.
