In a bowl add in cream cheese and using a mixer\/hand whisk, whisk using low speed till soft<br \/>\n2. add in sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt, then whisk till creamy<br \/>\n3. add in one egg at a time till combined and make sure there are no lumps<br \/>\n4. add in the cream and sift the cornstarch, and whisk again till well combined and smooth<br \/>\n5. on a line baking pan, pour in the mixture<br \/>\n6. bake in pre heated oven for 25-35 minutes on 220-230C (depending on oven) until the top is browned and caramelized and the cheesecake is jiggly<br \/>\n7. let it cool down and enjoy immediately (more oozy) or i prefer putting it in the fridge for a couple hours\/overnight till fully set!
