Pre-heat your oven to bake at 190C<br \/>\n1. To make the \u201ccustard\u201d &#8211; In a bowl mix together you cornflour, milk, sweetener and yogurt ensuring it\u2019s combined well<br \/>\n2. Using a fork or a spoon press down the middle of a bread slice creating like a pocket.<br \/>\n3. Transfer half the custard on to the bread add any fruit toppings you\u2019d like. I used berries for one and banana and dates for the other.<br \/>\n4.
