{"id":7745,"date":"2022-04-20T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T23:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7745"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:54:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:54:50","slug":"stir-fry-rice-vermicelli-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stir-fry-rice-vermicelli-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Stir Fry Rice Vermicelli"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stir Fry Rice Vermicelli Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gr dried rice vermicelli noodle<br \/>\n200 gr Chicken breast, thinly sliced<br \/>\n200 gr deshelled and deveined shrimps\/prawns<br \/>\n2 tbsp dried shrimps (soak in hot water for 30 mins)<br \/>\n3 cups Bean sprouts<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups julienned Carrots<br \/>\n2-3 scallions, cut into 3 cm (separate the white and green parts)<br \/>\n2 cups chopped Cabbage<br \/>\n2 tbsp minced Garlic<br \/>\n1 large onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n6 Eggs<br \/>\n6-7 tbsp oil<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<br \/>\nSoy sauce<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning<\/h2>\n<p>1 1\/2 tbsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n3 tbsp Oysters sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp Fish sauce<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tbsp Sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp white Pepper<br \/>\n2 tsp Chili powder (adjust to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Toppings<\/h2>\n<p>Fried shallots<br \/>\nChili slices<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Cook rice vermicelli according to the package, Drain and set aside<br \/>\n2. Season the chicken lightly with soy sauce and pepper and the prawns with some salt<br \/>\n3. Combine seasoning ingredients in a bowl<br \/>\n4. Heat 5 tbsp oil in a wok, stir fry chicken until slightly charred and cooked, and prawns until pink. Remove and Transfer into a bowl<br \/>\n5. On the same wok, stir fry dried shrimps until fragrant then stir in onion and the white parts of scallions for 30 secs then stir in garlic<br \/>\n6. Add carrots and cabbage and stir until just about wilted<br \/>\n7. push them to one side of the wok, add the remaining oil and eggs onto the other side, let it set for a few secs and scramble, then mix them all together<br \/>\n8. Add cooked rice vermicelli along with the seasoning mixture, lower the heat and mix until well combine<br \/>\n8. Add in cooked chicken and shrimp, bean spouts, green onion. Mix well for 2-3 mins.
