{"id":7716,"date":"2022-04-19T13:08:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T05:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7716"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:54:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:54:52","slug":"crispy-rice-paper-shrimp-tofu-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/crispy-rice-paper-shrimp-tofu-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Rice Paper Shrimp Tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Crispy Rice Paper Shrimp Tofu Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>350 gr Tofu<br \/>\n250 gr Shrimp, roughly minced<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tbsp Minced garlic<br \/>\n1 medium carrot, grated<br \/>\n2 stalks Green onion, chopped<br \/>\n1\/3 cup fried crispy shallots<br \/>\n2 tsp fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Salt<br \/>\n2 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp Chicken powder<br \/>\n1 tsp white Pepper powder<br \/>\n1 pack of rice paper<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a large bowl, Mash tofu<br \/>\n2. Add the remaining ingredients in to the bowl (except oil and rice paper) and mix together<br \/>\n3. Cut rice papers in half<br \/>\n4. Prepare water in a shallow bowl, dip a piece of the rice paper for few seconds then remove and place it into a working surface or a cutting board<br \/>\n5. Place 1-2 tbsp of filling in the center of the rice paper, then fold it together<br \/>\n6. Heat oil in a deep pan<br \/>\n7. Place few pieces into the hot oil, let it fry over medium heat for 1-2 mins each sides until crispy, (make sure not to move it around until it sets, to prevent from sticking)<br \/>\n8. Fry them in batches and Drain them in a wire rack.
