{"id":7714,"date":"2022-04-19T12:48:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T04:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7714"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:54:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:54:52","slug":"blueberry-tarts-beebskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/blueberry-tarts-beebskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Blueberry Tarts"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Blueberry Tarts Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>Tart shells;<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n122g sugar<br \/>\n115g butter<br \/>\n265g flour<br \/>\n<em><strong>For the Filling;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n50g whipping cream<br \/>\n90g cream cheese<br \/>\n35g butter<br \/>\n50g sugar<br \/>\nBlueberry jam (100g frozen blueberries , 50g fresh blueberries, 20g water, 20g sugar)<\/p>\n<h2>Topping;<\/h2>\n<p>100g powder whipping cream<br \/>\n160 cold milk<br \/>\n3 tbsp of blueberry jam sauce<br \/>\nDecoration;<br \/>\nFresh blueberries<br \/>\nPowder sugar<br \/>\nLemon zest<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all of butter, sugar and egg together with a hand mixer until creamy then add the flour gradually.<br \/>\nMix well and then continue kneading with hand, until all the dough is combined.<br \/>\nDivide the dough into small balls.<br \/>\nPress each ball gently in a tart shell.
