{"id":7698,"date":"2022-04-19T10:28:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T02:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7698"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:54:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:54:55","slug":"stuffed-peppers-mouracooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stuffed-peppers-mouracooks","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Peppers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stuffed Peppers Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>6 bell peppers (I use @pureflavor peppers from Costco)<br \/>\n1 lb ground beef<br \/>\n1 cup cauliflower rice (or 1 cup cooked rice)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup tomato sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 cup water<br \/>\n1 onion, diced<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil more for drizzling<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp dried oregano<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1 cup shredded cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375F<br \/>\nCut the top off and remove the insides of your bell peppers and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt &amp; pepper and bake for 15 minutes (another option is to boil the peppers for 5 minutes).<br \/>\nFor the mixture: Heat olive oil, add onions garlic and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef &amp; spices (except oregano) and saut\u00e9 until meat is browned. Add cauliflower rice, mix well with ground beef and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce &amp; oregano stirring to incorporate all together.<br \/>\nRemove the bell peppers from the oven and divide the mixture between all 6 peppers. Add the top over each pepper. Add 1\/2 cup water to the baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.<br \/>\nUncover, add cheese and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted. Broil to brown the cheese.
