{"id":7694,"date":"2022-04-19T09:48:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-19T01:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7694"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:54:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:54:58","slug":"stir-fry-green-beans-with-beef-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stir-fry-green-beans-with-beef-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Stir Fry Green Beans With Beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stir Fry Green Beans With Beef ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>350 gr green beans<br \/>\n150 gr minced beef<br \/>\n5 tbsp minced shiitake mushroom<br \/>\n30 gr Dried shrimp, soak in hot water and minced<br \/>\n5 dried chili, chopped<br \/>\n3 long chilies, chopped (optional)<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tbsp minced shallots<br \/>\n1 tbsp minced garlic<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped<br \/>\n4 tbsp oil<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 tsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 Salt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Combine sauce mixture in a bowl. Set aside<br \/>\nHeat and swirl 2 tbsp oil in a wok until piping hot, add green beans and line them in a single layer, lower heat to medium let it char on both sides.<br \/>\nStirring occasionally. Frying takes 5-10 mins.
