Boil potato and carrots until tender<br \/>\n2. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan, saute onion and garlic until caramelized<br \/>\n3. Add sliced beef and stir<br \/>\n4. Add blended apple, carrot, potato, beef broth and all seasoning sauce and bring it to a boil, and simmer for 3-5 mins<br \/>\n5. Add udon and cook for 2 more mins<br \/>\n6. Lastly add the remaining butter and give another good stir<br \/>\n7.
