{"id":7668,"date":"2022-04-19T05:48:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-18T21:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7668"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:04","slug":"shrimp-omelette-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/shrimp-omelette-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Shrimp Omelette"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Shrimp Omelette Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>7-8 medium shrimp<br \/>\n3 eggs, whisked<br \/>\n4 small shallots, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 long chili, optional<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp White pepper<br \/>\n5 Cherry tomatoes, halved<br \/>\n2 stalks of Chives<br \/>\n2 tbsp oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp Ketchup<br \/>\n2 tsp Soy sauce<br \/>\n250 ml water<br \/>\n1 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp Sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dashi\/chicken powder<br \/>\nA pinch salt<br \/>\n1 tbsp Butter<br \/>\n1 tbsp corn flour mix with water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Peel the shrimp, keep the shell and season shrimp with salt and pepper<br \/>\n2. Sauce: add shell in a pan, saute until dry and toasty then add water. Let it simmer for 5 mins, covered<br \/>\n3. Remove shells and add the remaining sauce ingredients except butter and corn flour<br \/>\n4. Let it boil then add corn flour mixture and stir until thick<br \/>\n5. Lastly, melt butter in the sauce and set aside<br \/>\n6. Omelette: heat oil in a pan, saute briefly shrimp both sides until pink along with the garlic, shallots, and tomatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper<br \/>\n7. Heat oil in a pan, fry whisked egg, lower the heat. Spread sauteed shrimp mixture along with chives on top, and let it cooked, covered<br \/>\n8.
