Set in the fridge for 30 mins<br \/>\nHeat 2 tbsp oil in a pan or wok, fry prawns for 1-2 mins and sprinkle some salt on top. Remove and Set aside<br \/>\n<strong><em>RICE:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nHeat oil in a wok, add the eggs in, mix and fry until it mostly cooked then add in rice, toss to mix and combine well and slightly dry for 3-5 mins, then add all the seasoning and scallions, toss again for another min, lastly add prawns and give it another good stir.
