Set aside<br \/>\nHeat remaining oil in a pan, saut\u00e9 garlic and shallots until slightly golden, add tofu in along with seasoning sauce mixture and white pepper stir and toss for a min then add water in<br \/>\nNext add cashew nuts and chopped chilies and mix.
