Mix ingredients for oatmeal and boil on medium for 2-3 mins until thicken\/\/ add 200g liquid and ignore the boiling process<br \/>\n2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate overnight<br \/>\n<strong>For Matcha Ganache<\/strong>:<br \/>\nMix 40g yogurt with 4g soy protein, matcha powder n maple syrup<br \/>\n<strong>For Choc Ganache<\/strong>:<br \/>\nMix 20g yogurt with 2g soy protein, cacao powder n choc syrup<br \/>\n=================<br \/>\n1. Mix those ganache and cut those fruits<br \/>\n2. Place figs on top and pour on yogurt ganaches<br \/>\n3. Draw eye-brows with choc yogurt n decorate those horns with matcha yogurt<br \/>\n4. Optional: refrigerate for 15 mins for thicker texture<br \/>\n5. Add pitaya and serve<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. If using whey protein for the ganache, add more powder if it\u2019s not thick enough<br \/>\n2. If using flavoured protein, adjust the amount of syrup accordingly<br \/>\n3.
