{"id":7459,"date":"2022-04-16T14:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-16T06:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7459"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:22","slug":"fish-balls-with-shrimp-broth-tekwan-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fish-balls-with-shrimp-broth-tekwan-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Fish Balls With Shrimp Broth (Tekwan)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fish Balls With Shrimp Broth (Tekwan) Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>FISH BALLS<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n650 gr ground mackerel fish<br \/>\n1 3\/4 cup tapioca flour<br \/>\n450 ml cold water<br \/>\n1 tbsp salt<br \/>\n1 tbsp msg<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n<em><strong>SHRIMP BROTH<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n2 1\/2 L water<br \/>\n1 (300 gr) jicama, julienned<br \/>\n400 gr shrimp, deshelled (keep the head) and minced<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n150 gr wood ear mushroom, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp 1 tsp salt<br \/>\n2 tsp msg<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n2 tbsp oil<\/p>\n<h2>Complement<\/h2>\n<p>Chopped Celery leaves<br \/>\nFried shallots<br \/>\nChili<br \/>\nCooked Rice vermicelli<br \/>\nSoy sauce<br \/>\nSweet soy sauce<br \/>\nLime<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>FISH BALLS<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Transfer ground fish and cold water into a food processor, blend until smooth<br \/>\n2. Add salt, msg and pepper, blend again until well combine<br \/>\n3. Fill water 1\/2 way to a large pot, bring it to a boil<br \/>\n4. Transfer fish paste into a big bowl<br \/>\n5. Gradually add tapioca flour while mixing it slowly and gently using a spatula\/wooden spoon until well combine<br \/>\n6. Use a teaspoon to form a small rustic ball, then transfer into the boiling water immediately, do it again until all mixture used up<br \/>\n7. When the balls floats, cook 1-2 mins more and strain them. Set aside<br \/>\n<strong><em>SHRIMP BROTH<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1. Boil water in a pot<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a pan, saut\u00e9 garlic until golden brown, add minced shrimp and shrimp heads stir fry until pink<br \/>\n3. Transfer shrimp mixture into the boiling water, cover and simmer over low heat for 5-10 mins<br \/>\n4. Discard shrimp heads, add jicama, wood ear mushrooms, salt, msg and white pepper into the pot. Cover and Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 mins until the jicama soften.
