Cut your aubergine in half cutting crisscrosses with a knife<br \/>\n2. In a bowl add your miso, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil &#8211; mix until we\u2019ll combined<br \/>\n3. This next step is optional &#8211; I do love having my dishes with a lot of flavour and fragrance so I added 1\/2 Tsp of all the seasonings listed above!<br \/>\n4. Using a cooking brush or even your hands, coat the inside of the aubergine half with your marinade ensuring the mixture goes into the cross crosses leaving a little leftover<br \/>\n5. AirFry at 200C for 8 minutes &#8211; using your left over marinade, re-apply on the aubergine<br \/>\n6. AirFry at 200c for another 8 minutes<br \/>\n7.
