{"id":7442,"date":"2022-04-16T11:44:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-16T03:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7442"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:26","slug":"low-calories-chicken-masala-beebskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/low-calories-chicken-masala-beebskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Low Calories Chicken Masala"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Low Calories Chicken Masala Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300g chicken-breast (cubes)<br \/>\n20g milk<br \/>\n150g low fat yogurt<br \/>\n1 onion (sliced)<br \/>\n1 garlic clove (chopped)<br \/>\n3 small tomatoes (juice)<br \/>\n1 tbsp tomatoes paste<br \/>\n2 tbsp oil<br \/>\nSpices (garlic powder, salt, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, cumin, ginger, chili powder)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 Paket Uncle Bens full corn rice<\/p>\n<h2>Directions-<\/h2>\n<p>Marinate the chicken in yoghurt, 1\/2 tsp of (salt, garlic, ginger and garam masala) spices for at least an hour.<br \/>\nIn a large pan add 1 tbsp oil and when it\u2019s hot add the chicken cubes. Cook for 2 minutes then remove from pan.<br \/>\nIn the same pan add the other tbsp of oil, onions then garlic.<br \/>\nThen add 1 tsp of (turmeric, chili powder, salt, cumin, garam masala, ginger).<br \/>\nMix well then add the tomatoes juice and paste, let it cook for 3 minutes then add the chicken and mix then add the milk and cook for another 10 minutes.
