In a bowl mix together flour, nutmeg, sugar and salt<br \/>\n2. In a container mix together your milk, egg, butter and yeast and let it sit for 2-3 mins<br \/>\n3. Combine both your dry and wet mixtures and knead for 10 mins on a floured surface<br \/>\n4. Transfer over to a greased bowl and let it rise for 1-2hrs<br \/>\n5. Roll out but not too thin, and using a bowl or a doughnut cutter create doughnut holes. I didn\u2019t have a cutter so I used a bowl for the main doughnut and a small lid for the middle cut out!<br \/>\n6. Preheat your AirFryer for 5 mins at 180C and place your doughnuts in the AirFryer leaving a good gap in between.<br \/>\n7.
