In a large bowl, whisk eggs with fish sauce until combined<br \/>\n2. Then add in the rest of the ingredients into the bowl except oil, and mix well<br \/>\n3. Heat good amount of oil in a wok, over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture and fry it until golden brown for 2-3 mins each sides<br \/>\n4. Using large ladles to flip the omelette to prevent it from breaking<br \/>\n5. Drain omelette onto paper towels, garnish with green onion.<br \/>\n6.
