{"id":7412,"date":"2022-04-16T06:44:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T22:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7412"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:35","slug":"courgette-bhajis-rinashomecooking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/courgette-bhajis-rinashomecooking","title":{"rendered":"Courgette Bhajis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Courgette Bhajis Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 large courgette<br \/>\n1 cup chickpea flour (gram flour)<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups of water (roughly)<br \/>\n1 heaped tsp minced green chilli<br \/>\n1 heaped tsp minced ginger<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp black pepper powder<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp salt (or to taste)<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp eno\/bicarbonate of soda<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add all the dry ingredients above in a bowl and mix together<br \/>\n2. Gadually add water and make a batter, making sure there are no lumps (the consistency should coat the back of a spoon thickly)<br \/>\n3. Thinly slice the courgettes<br \/>\n4. Heat some oil in a deep frying pan<br \/>\n5. Coat the courgettes in the batter<br \/>\n6. Drop them 1 by 1 into the hot oil<br \/>\n7.
