{"id":7396,"date":"2022-04-17T07:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-16T23:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7396"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:19","slug":"teriyaki-salmon-with-pineapple-salsa-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/teriyaki-salmon-with-pineapple-salsa-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Teriyaki Salmon With Pineapple Salsa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Teriyaki Salmon With Pineapple Salsa Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 salmon fillets<br \/>\n1 cup water 1\/4 cup<br \/>\n1\/4 cup soy sauce<br \/>\n3 tbsp honey<br \/>\n1 garlic clove minced<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ground ginger<br \/>\n2 tbsp cornstarch<br \/>\nSalt to taste if needed<br \/>\nSesame seeds for garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Pineapple Salsa<\/h2>\n<p>3 cups diced pineapple<br \/>\n1\/4 cup parsley or cilantro<br \/>\n1 jalape\u00f1o<br \/>\nJuice of 1\/2 a lime<br \/>\nSalt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p><em>Pineapple Salsa<\/em> : Combine all ingredient and chill in the fridge while you prepare the salmon.<br \/>\nIn a small pot on medium heat, combine 1 cup water, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.<br \/>\nMix 1\/4 cup water with cornstarch and add them to the pot.<br \/>\nPut the heat on high and bring to a boil.<br \/>\nLower the heat and keep mixing until the sauce thickens.<br \/>\nLet the sauce cool down, keep around 1\/2 a cup to pour on the salmon after they cook.<br \/>\nPour the rest on the salmon and grill in a preheated oven on 200C for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.<br \/>\nGarnish with sesame seeds and serve with a side of rice and the salsa.
