{"id":7364,"date":"2022-04-15T14:58:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T06:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7364"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:35","slug":"sesame-garlic-tofu-colourme_aesthetic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sesame-garlic-tofu-colourme_aesthetic","title":{"rendered":"Sesame Garlic Tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sesame Garlic Tofu Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400 gms firm tofu<br \/>\n2 tbsp cornstarch<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n5-6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)<br \/>\n1\/2 inch ginger (paste)<br \/>\n1 onion (cubes)<br \/>\n1 bell pepper (cubes)<br \/>\n1\/2 broccoli head<br \/>\n200 gms mushrooms (sliced)<br \/>\nFor the sauce-<br \/>\n1 tbsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp light soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp sriracha<br \/>\n1 tbsp honey<br \/>\n1 tbsp rice vinegar<br \/>\n1 tbsp corn starch<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<br \/>\nSalt n pepper as required<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Drain the tofu, cube them. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, salt &amp; fry them with sesame oil on medium heat until lightly browned.<br \/>\nOnce done, remove &amp; add 1 tbsp oil &amp; add the onion, ginger garlic &amp; stir fry until translucent.<br \/>\n\u2022Now add the peppers, mushrooms &amp; broccoli &amp; stir fry until they become semi soft.<br \/>\n\u2022Now whisk all the sauces together with water &amp; cornstarch &amp; add it to the skillet.<br \/>\n\u2022Toss everything together until it&#8217;s thickened &amp; aromatic<br \/>\n\u2022Sprinkle with sesame seeds &amp; green onions.
