{"id":7362,"date":"2022-04-15T14:38:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T06:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7362"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:37","slug":"bangladeshi-style-mutton-curry-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/bangladeshi-style-mutton-curry-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Bangladeshi Style Mutton Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Bangladeshi Style Mutton Curry Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp Oil<br \/>\n1 tsp Punch Paran (optional)<br \/>\nSalt adjust to your taste<br \/>\n1 tsp ginger and garlic crushed\/grated or paste<br \/>\n3 medium size onion in chunks<br \/>\n1 tsp homemade Garam masala<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Turmeric<br \/>\n2kg mutton meat<br \/>\n1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder<br \/>\n2 tsp Curry power<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Cumin powder<br \/>\nWhole medium Mooli (mula) cut in chunks or use any vegetable of your choice<br \/>\nCoriander to garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil in a pan<br \/>\nadd punch Paran and salt, give it a minute before adding ginger and garlic.<br \/>\nAdd onion,turmeric, garam masala and meat give it a little stir, cover with lid<br \/>\nLet the meat cook on a medium heat occasionally stirring it.
