{"id":7354,"date":"2022-04-15T13:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T05:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7354"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:38","slug":"salted-caramel-banana-nut-bread-freshfitfoody","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/salted-caramel-banana-nut-bread-freshfitfoody","title":{"rendered":"Salted Caramel Banana Nut Bread"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Salted Caramel Banana Nut Bread Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 2 mashed overripe bananas<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cup whole wheat flour<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 tsp apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 cup maple syrup or 1\/2 cup coconut sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cup peanut butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cup chopped walnuts<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 cup chocolate chips<\/p>\n<h2>Salted Caramel Topping<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; 2 Tbsp nut butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 Tbsp coconut oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 Tbsp maple syrup<br \/>\n&#8211; Pinch of salt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Add your wet and dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined then fold in your chocolate chips and walnuts.<br \/>\nTransfer batter to a greased\/lined loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 45-50 min or until done.<br \/>\n(I made the salted caramel drizzle while waiting) combine the salted caramel topping ingredients in a smaller bowl then pour\/drizzle over top of the banana bread.
