Add in the remaining ingredients, except for the oats and optional chocolate chunks (batter will be sticky).<br \/>\nFold in the oats until they\u2019re evenly coated WAIT TO ADD THE CHOCOLATE OR ELSE THEY\u2019LL MELT IN THE OVEN.<br \/>\nSpread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 or until lightly golden and crispy.<br \/>\nLet cool THEN add chocolate chunks.
