Preheat the oven 300F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper<br \/>\n2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, pine nuts, pecan, salt and set aside<br \/>\n3. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, peanut butter and maple syrup together. Pour this mixture on the oats mixture and stir until combined (if the peanut butter is too hard, microwave 30 seconds)<br \/>\n4. Scoop the granola onto the baking sheet and press the mixture into about 1\u201d thick<br \/>\n5. Bake for 40-45minutes, stirring gently every 15 minutes to make sure it\u2019s even golden color<br \/>\n6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Add dried fruits and mix evenly.
