Cut the ends of the Enoki mushroom<br \/>\n2. Divide them into pieces<br \/>\n3. Combine coating ingredients in a container, mix well<br \/>\n4. Pour water in a tray or shallow bowl<br \/>\n5. Place mushroom in the water<br \/>\n6. Transfer mushroom into the flour mixture and coat well<br \/>\n7. Rest them in a wire rack while you do the remaining<br \/>\n8. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry them in batches, over medium heat for 1 min each sides<br \/>\n9.
