{"id":7319,"date":"2022-04-15T07:58:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T23:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7319"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:48","slug":"stir-fry-wontons-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stir-fry-wontons-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Stir Fry Wontons"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stir Fry Wontons Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>50 wonton sheets<br \/>\nA bowl of water<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<p>200 gr chicken fillets<br \/>\n150 gr deshelled shrimp<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves<br \/>\n3 tbsp tapioca flour<br \/>\n1 tsp minced ginger<br \/>\n1 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp water<\/p>\n<h2>Stir Fry<\/h2>\n<p>150 gr minced chicken<br \/>\n5 eggs<br \/>\n7 small shallots, minced<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1\/3 cup vegetable oil<\/p>\n<h2>Vegetables<\/h2>\n<p>2 stalk green onion<br \/>\n2 cups chopped green mustard (100 gr)<br \/>\n2 cups bean sprouts (100 gr)<br \/>\n2 cups cabbage, sliced (100 gr)<\/p>\n<h2>Seasonings<\/h2>\n<p>2 tsp Dark soy sauce<br \/>\n5 tbsp Sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n4 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n4 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp Sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Instruction<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>Filling:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n1. Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor, blend until well combined<br \/>\n<em><strong>Wrapping:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Take a piece of wonton sheet, place 1-2 tsp of the filling in the center of the sheet. Brush the edges of the wontons sheets with water<br \/>\n2. fold the wonton into a triangle<br \/>\n3. Then brush again with water on one of the pointy ends and bring the other end and pinch<br \/>\n4. Do the remaining, you will get 50 pieces<br \/>\n<em><strong>Cooking and stir fry:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Fill water 1\/2 way into a large pot. Bring it to a boil.<br \/>\n2. Transfer wanton into the boiling water. Cover with lid<br \/>\n3. While the wontons is cooking. Heat oil in a wok or large pan, saute garlic and shallot until golden<br \/>\n4. Add eggs and scramble, push scrambled eggs to a side<br \/>\n5. add minced Chicken to the other side of the wok\/pan and cook until brown and mix together<br \/>\n6. Lower the heat, Transfer cooked wontons directly into the chicken mixture, along with chopped vegetables, and seasonings. Turn the heat high, Stir fry until well combine and vegetables just wilted for 1-2 mins.
