Pat dry salmon and season with salt and pepper<br \/>\n2. Pan sear the salmon with a little bit of oil, and transfer into a bowl<br \/>\n3. Mash the salmon, add in mayonnaise, ketchup and chili sauce, mix until combined<br \/>\n4. Dip seaweed in the water then stick it on top of the rice paper, Then cut into quarters<br \/>\n5.
