Shred carrots n apples with grater\/ food processor<br \/>\n2. Place everything (except cacao nibs &amp; coconut shreds) into a boiling pot<br \/>\n3. Cook n keep stirring on medium for 3-5 mins until thicken<br \/>\n4. Transfer everything into a bowl and add toppings (details for cookie dough below)<\/p>\n<h2>Cookie Dough<\/h2>\n<p>15g unflavoured soy protein isolate @myvegan &#8211; see notes<br \/>\n6g peanut butter \/\/ any nut or seeds butter of choice<br \/>\n5g powdered peanut\/ almond butter<br \/>\n4g raisins<br \/>\n1 dry apricot (chopped)<br \/>\n12g cal-free (or any) syrup\/ honey<br \/>\n5g water\/ milk (optional) (or more if too dry)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix dry ingredients n dried fruits in a bowl<br \/>\n2. Add syrup n water gradually until all dry ingredients can stick together<br \/>\n3. Separate and form them into 6 equal-size dough balls<br \/>\n4.
