{"id":7286,"date":"2022-04-14T13:54:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T05:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7286"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:55:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:55:51","slug":"malaysian-mee-soto-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/malaysian-mee-soto-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Malaysian Mee Soto"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Malaysian Mee Soto Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg chicken, cut into 6-8 pcs<br \/>\n2 1\/2 L water<br \/>\n2 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n1 tbsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n1\/4 cup oil<\/p>\n<h2>Spices For Paste<\/h2>\n<p>20 shallots<br \/>\n8 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 tbsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n10 candlenuts<br \/>\n2 thumbs sized of each ginger and galangal<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin<br \/>\n2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n3 tbsp water<\/p>\n<h2>Aromatic Spices<\/h2>\n<p>3 stalks lemongrass, bruised<br \/>\n7 kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n5 cardamon<br \/>\n5 star anise<br \/>\n5 cloves<br \/>\n1 cinnamon stick<\/p>\n<h2>Complement<\/h2>\n<p>500 gr Yellow noodles or more, cook according to package<br \/>\nA bunch of bean spouts, blanched<br \/>\nfried shallots<br \/>\ncoriander leaves<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Blend spices for paste in a food processor until smooth and pasty<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a large pot, saut\u00e9 aromatic spices for a min or two then add blended spices stir fry for 3-5 mins<br \/>\n3. Add water, chicken, salt, sugar and chicken stock powder. Bring it to a boil<br \/>\n4. Cover the pot with lid, lower the heat and Simmer until chicken is tender about 30-45 mins<br \/>\n5. Remove chicken and shred it<br \/>\n6. Strain the broth, into another pot. discard aromatic spices<\/p>\n<h2>Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>Grab a hand full of cooked noodle into a bowl, pour broth in until almost covering the noodle, top with shredded chicken and bean sprouts.
