Thinly slice the wonton sheets and loosen the strain<br \/>\n2. Chop the shrimps<br \/>\n3. Combine chopped shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic and shallots. Mix well for 5 mins until sticky<br \/>\n4. Add in the remaining ingredients (expect oil and wonton sheets), mix to combine<br \/>\n5. Dip a spoon into a bowl of water<br \/>\n6. Scoop a tbsp of the shrimp mixture and transfer into the wonton slices bowl, roll and make sure to coat well with the slices and form into balls<br \/>\n7. Heat large amount of oil in a deep pan, fry shrimps balls into the hot oil over medium-low heat until golden brown and cripsy for 1-2 min each sides, do it in batches<br \/>\n8.
