Do not stir! Allow it to caramelize. Once it starts changing in color, start stirring until you reach the amber color(do not burn the sugar)<br \/>\nOnce the color desired is achieved, add your butter.<br \/>\nThen add 1 cup of hot water<br \/>\nplease be careful ad the sugar will splatter when pouring the water.<br \/>\nKeep stirring until the sugar and water is combined.<br \/>\nAdd your bread. Make sure it absorbs all the sugar.<br \/>\nIf the mix feels dry, add more syrup.<br \/>\nPour it in the desired plate.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Ashta<\/h2>\n<p>Mix the milk\/ heavy cream with cornstarch. Bring to a boil on medium-low heat while constantly stirring. Once you have reached the consistency desired, add orange blossom water and rose water.<br \/>\nPour it on top of the bread mix, refrigerate and enjoy!<br \/>\n*you can serve it as a triffle in cute cups or in a serving dish.
