Combine marinade ingredients, cover, set in the fridge for 24 hrs<br \/>\n<em><strong>Sauce<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken in 2-3 batches, over high heat until brown for 2-3 mins each sides<br \/>\n2. On the same pan, melt butter, saut\u00e9 onion, garlic and ginger for 1-2 mins<br \/>\n3. Add seasoning ingredients, cardamom and cinnamon stick<br \/>\n4. Lower the heat, Add tomato paste, coconut cream, water, salt, sugar. simmer<br \/>\n5. Add in chicken and fenugreek leaves, stir and simmer for 10-15 mins<br \/>\n<em><strong>PITA<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Combine and mix wet ingredients in a bowl, let yeast activate for 5 mins<br \/>\n2. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, add in wet ingredients with olive oil. Mix until the dough doesn\u2019t stick to the bowl for 5-8 mins<br \/>\n3. Cover with plastic wrap, rise until double in size<br \/>\n4. Roll dough into a rectangular shape and cut into 6 equal pieces and rolls into balls<br \/>\n5. Cover with kitchen cloth, rest for 15 mins<br \/>\n6. Take a dough, Use rolling pin to roll and flatten dough into a round shape about 20 cm in diameter and 1\/2 cm thickness<br \/>\n7. Brush olive oil onto a heated pan, over medium heat, place the roll dough and cook for 1-2 min until bubbles form<br \/>\n8. Flip, cook the other side for 30 secs, flip again to brush some olive oil on top and flip it back to cook for 1 min.
