Steam\/ bake beetroot until soften<br \/>\n2. Blend cooked beetroot with 200g water\/ milk<br \/>\n3. Cook beet juice with oats in a small saucepan on medium-low for 5 mins\/ microwave until thicken<br \/>\n4. Mix protein powder and chia seeds with around 100g water\/ milk<br \/>\n5. Add cooked oatmeal into protein mix, then mix until well-combined<br \/>\n6. Place a plastic wrap into a bowl then add oatmeal in it<br \/>\n7. Cover and pop into the fridge overnight<br \/>\nNext Morning<br \/>\n8. Flip and unwrap the oatcake onto a plate<br \/>\n9. Microwave white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave and drizzle on top of the oatcake<br \/>\n10. Place mandarine orange and refrigerate\/ freezer everything for another 5-10 mins until chocolate is harden<br \/>\n11.
