{"id":7199,"date":"2022-04-13T13:04:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T05:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=7199"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:11","slug":"veggie-patties-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/veggie-patties-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Veggie Patties"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Veggie Patties Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoons avocado oil<br \/>\n\u00bd cup medium yellow onion, chopped<br \/>\n3 medium garlic clove, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n1 medium celery stalk, chopped<br \/>\n8 ounces of crimini mushrooms, chopped<br \/>\n10 ounces of riced cauliflower<br \/>\n1 teaspoon coconut aminos<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 teaspoons ground cumin<br \/>\n\u00bc cup fresh parsley, minced<br \/>\n4 ounces of shredded extra sharp white cheddar cheese<br \/>\n\u00bc cup ground flax meal<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of chia seeds<br \/>\nIf serving as burgers*:<br \/>\n1 head of iceberg lettuce to use as \u201cbuns\u201d<br \/>\n6 ounces of sliced extra sharp cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 medium tomato or red bell pepper, sliced<br \/>\n\u00bc yellow or red onion, peeled &amp; sliced in rings<br \/>\n1 medium avocado, peeled &amp; sliced<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Add onion, garlic, celery and mushroom to a food processor and pulse until it is minced very well, but not a puree (just very small and uniform in size).<br \/>\nAdd avocado oil to a large skillet and set to medium-low heat.<br \/>\nAdd minced veggies (including cauliflower rice) and season with sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and cumin. Saute, stirring often, until the veggies are soft and most of their moisture has cooked out, about 10 minutes.<br \/>\nPreheat your oven to 400 F (205 C).<br \/>\nTurn off the stove and transfer your veggies to a large mixing bowl.<br \/>\nAdd in the coconut aminos, minced parsley, shredded cheddar cheese, flax meal and chia seeds. Gently fold together until it has a thick and even consistency.<br \/>\nWith your hands, form 6 patties and round and flatten on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The batter will be sticky. Just take your time, they will bake well.<br \/>\nBake in the oven for 30 minutes or until firm and just beginning to crisp on the outsides.<br \/>\nRemove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
