Steam cauliflower rice until soften<br \/>\n2. Mix ingredients for oatmeal together in a bowl and soak overnight<br \/>\n3. The next morning, microwave oatmeal for 6 mins (stir every 2 mins) \/\/ cook on stovetop<br \/>\n4. Add toppings and serve<\/p>\n<h2>Protein Balls<\/h2>\n<p>20g salted caramel soy protein isolate @myvegan<br \/>\n5g coconut flour<br \/>\n10g powdered peanut butter @pb2foods \/ almond butter @barneybutter<br \/>\n8g peanut butter smooth @myproteinhk<br \/>\n50g Greek yogurt\/ thick coconut yogurt<br \/>\n18g water\/ milk<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n5g raisins<br \/>\nCinnamon powder<\/p>\n<h2>Method (Protein Balls)<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl<br \/>\n2. Combine with peanut butter and yogurt<br \/>\n3. Add water\/ milk until everything are well combined<br \/>\n4. Stir in chopped raisins<br \/>\n5. Divide and form them into 8 equal balls<br \/>\n6.
