– 40gr oats
\n– 10gr choco pb \/ cocoa powder
\n– 160ml liquid
\n– 1\/2 banana
\n– 1\/2 tsp baking powder
\n– sweetener
\nfilling : 1 tbsp greek yog<\/p>\n

Ways<\/h2>\n

– blend all ingredients together
\n– pour half batter into a lined ramekin, add filling then pour the remaining batter
\n– bake at 180C for 25 mins
