Preheat oven to 190<br \/>\n3. Combine crust ingredients in a bowl and shape a pie crust on your tray\/ skillet<br \/>\n4. Use your finger\/ a slightly wetted spoon to shape it (so it won\u2019t stick)<br \/>\n5. Use a fork to poke a few holes along the edges and bottom<br \/>\n6. Bake for 15 mins<br \/>\n=========================<br \/>\n6. Meanwhile, cut peach in small<br \/>\n7. Combine them with 1tbsp of water, sweetener, and cinnamon.<br \/>\n8. Place them on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for 2 mins<br \/>\n9. Combine greek yogurt and peaches, also a bit of peach juice from the dish if u want<br \/>\n10. Add very little guar gum\/ xanthan gum if you want your yogurt to be thicker after adding juice<br \/>\n11. Get the crust out from the oven and place fillings<br \/>\n12.
