Pre-heat oven at temperature 180 degree celcius.<br \/>\n2. In a big bowl, mix the dry and wet ingredients.<br \/>\n3. Take 1 scoop of batter into a muffin cup. Repeat until the batter&#8217;s finished.<br \/>\n4. Put them into oven for about 20 mins or until nice golden brown.<br \/>\n5. Take them out and let them on the rack until completely cool.<br \/>\n6. Dip the muffin top into the lemon glaze them place them on the rack to let the excess glaze drips off.<br \/>\n7. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
