{"id":6133,"date":"2022-04-13T15:42:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T07:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=6133"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:02","slug":"nut-butter-chocolate-cups-bypaigeashlie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/nut-butter-chocolate-cups-bypaigeashlie","title":{"rendered":"Nut Butter Chocolate Cups"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Nut Butter Chocolate Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup high-quality dark chocolate (I use @enjoylifefoods chocolate chunks)<br \/>\n1 tsp coconut oil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup creamy nut butter (I used almond for this batch and they are amazing but PB is just as good)<br \/>\nsea salt to taste<br \/>\nOptional: 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen for a protein boost (you can\u2019t taste it)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Line a muffin tin with liners or place liners on a pan (I used mini liners this time they are the perfect size).<br \/>\nmelt your chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. stir in coconut oil until it\u2019s fully mixed melted.<br \/>\nPlace a spoonful of chocolate in each liner and brush it up along the sides. Set in fridge to harden.<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, add your nut butter, salt collagen and mix. Place a spoonful in the middle of the chocolate liners.<br \/>\nSpoon the remaining chocolate on top on the nut butter mixture to finish off the cups.<br \/>\nPlace in the fridge to set.
