{"id":6123,"date":"2022-04-13T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T23:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=6123"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:28","slug":"roasted-red-pepper-pasta-sauce-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/roasted-red-pepper-pasta-sauce-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 red bell peppers<br \/>\n1 small onion chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic clove minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp Olive oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\nDried oregano<br \/>\nSalt and black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 cup parmesan<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Cut peppers in half and remove stems, seeds and membranes.<br \/>\nOn a baking sheet, place the peppers cut side down and roast in a preheated oven on 220 degrees for 30 minutes or until the skin has dark spots.<br \/>\nOnce done, place them in a bowl while still hot and cover for 30 minutes. Then remove the skin and roughly chop.<br \/>\nOnce the peppers are done, cook the chopped onions in olive oil on medium heat until soft.<br \/>\nAdd the garlic and cook for a minute or 2. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, herbs and mix.<br \/>\nAdd the chopped red peppers and 1-2 cups of water. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nOnce done, blend until creamy in a food processor or hand blender.<br \/>\nOnce you blend your sauce, add the parmesan and mix until the cheese melts.<br \/>\nTaste to adjust salt and pepper to liking.<br \/>\nMix in the cooked pasta and serve warm with more parmesan.
