Mix egg white with stevia, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder<br \/>\n2. Soak each side of every pieces of bread and let them sit for few minutes<br \/>\n3. Oven: Preheat oven to 200 \/\/ Stovetop: Grease and preheat frying pan<br \/>\n4. Oven: Bake one side for 8 mins, then flip to another side for 5 mins \/\/ Stovetop: Fry each side of the bread until golden<br \/>\n5. While cooling the french toasts, start mixing yogurt with PB powder and sweetener<br \/>\n6. Layer yogurt mixture on top of each pieces of the bread<br \/>\n7.
