Cut the chicken breast, onions, potatoes and carrots into bite size. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Fried chicken over medium-high heat until all the OUTER parts are cooked. Put them aside.<br \/>\n3. Same pan fried onions, potatoes and carrots over medium-high heat until getting a bit brownish.<br \/>\n4. Add the chicken back and water (according to the package instruction). Bring to boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low heat for 15 minutes until the vegetables become soft.<br \/>\n5. Put the Curry roux and mix well.
