Boil the broth and water.<br \/>\n2. Add the lemongrass and galangal till fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Add lemon juice, tom yum paste, and fish sauce. Stir it.<br \/>\n4. Add the shrimp, fish balls, chili, and mushrooms. Bring to boil until well-cooked.<br \/>\n5. Add seasonings and cilantro leaves. Stir it. Turn off the heat.
