{"id":6095,"date":"2022-04-13T10:42:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T02:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=6095"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:20","slug":"lebanese-moghrabieh-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lebanese-moghrabieh-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Lebanese Moghrabieh"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lebanese Moghrabieh Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1\/2 onion chopped<br \/>\n1 garlic clove minced<br \/>\n4-5 big mushrooms sliced<br \/>\nHandful of spinach (I used 100g frozen)<br \/>\n1 cup pearl couscous<br \/>\n2 cups vegetable stock more if needed<br \/>\n3 tbsp grated parmesan<br \/>\nParmesan rind (optional)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp nutmeg<br \/>\nSalt &amp; pepper to taste<br \/>\nFresh parsley for garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat the olive oil on medium heat and cook the onions for a few minutes until soft.<br \/>\nAdd the garlic and mushroom and cook for a few minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the parmesan rind (if using) and pearl couscous and stir while gradually adding the vegetable stock.<br \/>\nSimmer for 30-35 minutes while stirring continuously until the pearl couscous is cooked through.<br \/>\nAdd more stock or water if the liquid is absorbed.<br \/>\nOnce cooked, remove the rind and add the spinach and parmesan and stir until the cheese is melted.<br \/>\nSeason with the nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
