Combine all of the dry ingredients together<br \/>\n2. Mix with wet ingredients and until no lumps left<br \/>\n3. Add in carrot shreds and blueberries<br \/>\n4. Preheat oven to 200<br \/>\n5. Mix ingredients for fillings<br \/>\n6. Pour 2\/3 mixture into a bowl<br \/>\n7. Add fillings into the middle and cover with remaining mixture<br \/>\n8. Bake for 17-20 mins<br \/>\n9.
