{"id":6072,"date":"2022-04-13T11:04:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T03:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=6072"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:20","slug":"broccoli-parmesan-soup-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/broccoli-parmesan-soup-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Broccoli Parmesan Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Broccoli Parmesan Soup Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoon butter or ghee<br \/>\n1 medium yellow onion, peeled &amp; chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n2 teaspoons sea salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\nPinch of ground nutmeg<br \/>\n4 cups broccoli florets<br \/>\n1 cup heavy whipping cream<br \/>\n2 cups chicken bone broth<br \/>\nJuice &amp; zest from \u00bd fresh lemon<br \/>\n4 ounces parmesan cheese, crumbled<br \/>\n\u00bd cup fresh parsley, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Add butter or ghee to a large pot and bring to medium-low heat.<br \/>\nAdd onion and garlic and season with sea salt, pepper and nutmeg.<br \/>\nAdd broccoli floret and reduce heat to low and cover with a lid, stirring occasionally, until the veggies are soft, about 10 minutes.<br \/>\nTurn off the heat and transfer veggies to a blender.
