Saute the mashed spices with lemongrass, then add the tomato puree in. Stir until darker and oil separated.<br \/>\n2. Add the seasonings.<br \/>\n3. Put the the eggplant cuts. Stir until well-combined.<br \/>\n4. Turn off the heat.
